The information is presented in a variety of forms to allow access by users with a range of software. All records can be accessed in some way through the Adobe portable document format files (.pdf). The current (August 2007) cost is £11 including post and packing.

Note. The information on the CD is that available at the end of March 2007.

In addition the Society holds a number of family trees and issues two Newsletters and two Journals a year. GEDcom copies of these family trees and pdf copies of the publications up to March 2007 are included in the Member’s edition of Records & Databases, which Members may buy with their first subscription or at any time afterwards. The current cost of the Member’s CD in the UK including post and packing is £2.

The Society records are constantly updated as additional information is received. Members have access to this new information and the family trees, as well as receiving the Society’s two Newsletters and two Journals each year.
